Reservations made through Vrbo are subject to separate payment processing requirements that differ from other booking platforms. Because Vrbo requires hosts to utilize independent credit card processing services, all payment transactions incur non-refundable processing fees charged directly to the host.

In the event of a cancellation, guests will receive refunds in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms for the reservation; however, credit card processing fees incurred by the host are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note:

• Credit card processing fees are charged when the original payment is processed. 
• Additional processing fees are also incurred when refunds are issued back to the guest. 
• These processing costs are retained by the payment processor and are not returned to the host under any circumstances. 

As a result, all Vrbo reservation cancellations will be refunded less any non-refundable credit card processing fees incurred by the host for both the original transaction and any refund transaction.

By completing a reservation through Vrbo, the guest acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
